Our Emergency First Aid course (also known as Basic First Aid) is designed to give participants a strong foundation and understanding of what to do in an emergency. This course is suitable for individuals looking for practical skills needed to save a life which could be used at home or in your wider community. Covering adult and Paediatric emergencies. Participants will learn to deal with:
Scene Safety
COVID 19 Safety
How and when to perform CPR.
Use of a defibrillator
Foreign body airway obstruction (choking)
Heart attack and stroke
Injury management (bleeding, breaks, sprains and burns)
Other common medical emergencies
This course is one day or can be split over two sessions. Our Basic First Aid course costs €80 per person. Discounts available for groups of 5 or more. We can arrange to deliver the course on your premises or at our training centre.
